Groundskeeper Landscape Group had its first annual night out at The Dragons Game last night and I do believe it was a big success. The guys brought spouses and kids. For some it was a first meeting each other’s spouses and a chance for us all to talk with each other about more than work, even though work was still discussed by everyone.

With our crew’s in just the beginning stages of the full on work mode trying to get beds cleaned up and mulched while others are trying to keep up with the grass that won’t stop growing, it was a nice time to slow down, catch up and watch some baseball.

The Dragon’s tying it up in the 8^th and pulling ahead for the win in the 9^th made it all that much more exciting. A good time was had by all and we are already planning next year’s outing.

Now it’s time to go back to work, but it’s good to hear the guys talking about how much fun they had last night.
