When mowing the lawn at one of our rental properties, your employee accidentally damaged our neighbors' fence.  By the time we were aware of the problem, your employee had already contacted our neighbor and assured him that he would fix the fence.  wood a week, your employee had replaced several sections of wood fencing.  Our neighbor's fence is now in better shape than before the accident occurred.
